US Tax Lead

Job Summary :

Skill: US Tax Lead

Desired Exp: Range: 4 - 8 years

Location Bangalore

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)
• Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4- 5 years of overall experience with 2- 3 years of experience in US Tax
• Basic knowledge of tools and systems ( JDE, MS Office)
• Basic understanding of US Tax regulations
• Conversant of various online tools and systems

Skill & Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end delivery of all Tax related processes
• Identify day-to-day issues and resolve in consultation with the customer
• SLA monitoring and improvements in processes
• Arrange for periodic trainings to the staff to be aware of the changes in the policies and procedures as well as customer specific changes
• Periodic calls and meetings with customer to discuss SLA compliance. Co-ordinate with various other functions such as technology, Quality etc
