Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and close new business opportunities across US-based enterprises.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Consistently meet or exceed annual sales targets of $2M+, with an average deal size of $250K+.
  • Engage and build relationships with CXOs, technology leaders, and procurement heads.
  • Work closely with Presales, Delivery, and Practice Leaders to develop and present customized digital transformation solutions.
  • Maintain a well-documented and accurate sales pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Represent the organization at key industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT services sales targeting the US market (new business/hunter role only).
  • Demonstrated success in selling Digital Transformation services including Cloud, AI, Product Engineering, Data & Analytics, and CSD.
  • Strong understanding of US enterprise IT buying cycles and stakeholder behavior.
  • Proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar annual quotas.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology (MBA preferred).

Preferred Background:

  • Experience selling into verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.
  • Previous experience with top IT services firms or global system integrators.
  • Expertise in solution selling and value-based sales methodologies.
