Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based non-IT positions across various functions such as Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Customer Support.
  • Source candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and clients.
  • Facilitate candidate offer process, including salary negotiation and joining formalities.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and recruitment status in ATS.
  • Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment campaigns or job fairs as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in recruiting for non-IT roles, especially for US-based clients.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with US employment practices and work authorization requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and ATS systems.
