Job Description
- Handle the entire recruitment process for Non-IT roles, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews with US clients.
- Identify potential candidates using job boards such as Job Diva , Dice , Monster , and professional networks.
- Recruit across different employment types like W2 , 1099 , and C2C , ensuring compliance with US hiring standards.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules considering US time zone differences.
- Collaborate with US-based hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver qualified candidates efficiently.
- Maintain an organized candidate database and track the hiring process using ATS systems.
- Ensure that all recruitment processes are in line with US labor laws and client expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 2-3 years of experience in US Non-IT recruitment , with a strong focus on sourcing and screening.
- Expertise in using job boards such as Job Diva , Dice , and Monster to find qualified candidates.
- Familiarity with US hiring models like W2 , 1099 , and C2C .
- Ability to work across different time zones and manage candidates efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment projects at the same time.
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to manage candidate pipelines effectively.
