Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented US Recruiter to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity for female candidates willing to work night shifts. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating potential candidates for US-based clients, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and coordinating with hiring managers. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment for US clients, strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, and excellent communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing & Evaluation: Source, screen, and evaluate potential candidates for US-based clients using various job portals, social media, and networking.
  • Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Interview & Coordination: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
  • Tool Utilization & Negotiation: Utilize recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other job boards. Negotiate salaries and other employment terms with candidates.
  • Pipeline & Compliance: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for future requirements. Ensure compliance with client hiring processes and maintain accurate recruitment records.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in US recruitment (IT/Non-IT).
  • Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
