Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other relevant platforms.
- Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements and quality standards.
- Understand and differentiate between various tax terms such as W2, 1099, and C2C.
- Demonstrate basic understanding of immigration concepts, including H1B and Green Card processes.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with candidates and clients.
- Work directly with clients (high-tech companies) to fill IT positions without intermediary layers.
