Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, and other relevant platforms.
• Evaluate candidate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements and quality standards.
• Understand and differentiate between various tax terms such as W2, 1099, and C2C.
• Demonstrate basic understanding of immigration concepts, including H1B and Green Card processes.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with candidates and clients.
• Work directly with clients (high-tech companies) to fill IT positions without intermediary layers.
