Job Description
Source candidates through job portals, references, social networking sites, and professional groups
Conduct initial screening to assess technical skills and role suitability
Verify work authorization (US Citizens, GC, H1B, etc.)
Negotiate pay rates and discuss relocation if required
Obtain confirmation emails and conduct reference checks
Submit profiles promptly to clients with complete documentation
Maintain and update candidate database in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Provide regular follow-up and status updates to candidates and internal stakeholders
Work on W2 and C2C requirements for US staffing needs
Support direct clients and implementation partners
