Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow client relationships in the US IT staffing market

• Identify and acquire new clients, driving business development initiatives

• Generate leads, convert prospects, and build a strong client portfolio

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment with delivery teams

• Understand client requirements and ensure timely fulfillment

• Negotiate contracts, rates, and maintain long-term partnerships

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in US IT Recruitment & Account Management

• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work in US time zones
