Job Title: US IT Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Account Manager responsible for managing existing US clients and acquiring new clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop US client accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, issues, and escalations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
  • Drive new client acquisition and business development initiatives
  • Prepare and present performance reports and updates to clients
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends

Skills & Qualifications

  • 8–18 years of experience in IT account management or related roles
  • Strong understanding of IT services (software development, cloud, IT consulting)
  • Proven track record in client relationship management and business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
