Job Description
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through channels like cold calls, emails, and social media.
- Maintain and build client relationships to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute strategic sales plans.
- Conduct product demonstrations and tailored client presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitive products.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales activity reports.
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of inside sales experience targeting the US market.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to work shifts aligned with US time zones.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in the technology or software sector is a plus.
