Key Responsibilities:

• Handle healthcare-related processes such as medical billing, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS), and claims management for US clients.
• Review and process healthcare data, including insurance claims, patient records, and medical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) regulations and other healthcare standards.
• Perform coding and classification of medical diagnoses, procedures, and treatments as per client requirements.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and clients to resolve billing discrepancies and claims issues.
• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
• Process medical records, including the completion of forms and other documentation required for billing and insurance claims.
• Assist clients with navigating the healthcare system, explaining policies, and ensuring accurate submission of claims.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, billing activities, and claim resolutions.
• Provide reports and updates to clients, ensuring transparency and timely issue resolution.
