We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for a (US Healthcare) International Voice Process for client at Hitech City, Hyderabad location. The role involves handling International Voice Customer Support, and providing a high-quality customer experience.

Education: Graduate

Experience: 0 Year to 2 Years

CTC :-2.34 to 4.6 LPA

Shift: Night Shift (US Time Zones)

Transport Facility : 2-Way Cab Provided

Rounds of interview

  1. HR Screening
  2. Harver Assessment (Online)
  3. V&A (Voice & Accent) Round
  4. Final Interview with Operations Team

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by providing prompt and effective support.
  • Update internal systems with call details and follow-up actions.
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets related to call quality and productivity.
