• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and effective communication.

Required Candidate Profile

• Experience:
• Graduate Freshers are eligible.
• Graduates with 7 months of experience.
• Undergraduates with 1 year of experience.
• Skills: Good communication skills are mandatory.
• Availability: Immediate joiners are required.
• Work Schedule: Must be comfortable working in fixed night shifts with Saturday and Sunday off.

Additional Information

• Salary: Up to ₹23k in-hand (equivalent to ₹3.30 LPA).
• Work Location: Gurgaon/Noida.
