Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and articulate individuals for our US English Process (International Voice Process). The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills in English and a strong customer-centric approach. This role involves engaging with international clients, providing support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international clients, primarily from the US.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information or solutions based on client inquiries.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
  • Adhere to call quality metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English are paramount, with strong grammar and pronunciation.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in a voice process or customer service role is beneficial, but freshers with exceptional communication are encouraged to apply.
