Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive for the US Voice process, you will be responsible for managing voice interactions, ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding banking inquiries.
- Provide high-quality customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO (voice process).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply.
Note: No cab or meal facilities are provided. Candidates should be comfortable with night shifts and working from the office.
