Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive for the US Voice process, you will be responsible for managing voice interactions, ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from US customers regarding banking inquiries.
  • Provide high-quality customer service by addressing and resolving customer concerns.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in an international BPO (voice process).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Undergraduate and Graduate candidates can apply.

Note: No cab or meal facilities are provided. Candidates should be comfortable with night shifts and working from the office.
