• Ability to support and mentor engineers with less experience

Experience level – 6-8 yrs. of ServiceNow Development experience

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience on Client and Server-Side scripting, Service Portal configurations, and all types of Business Rules
• ServiceNow development experience with hands-on experience on IRM
• Design, build, and test ServiceNow enhancement stories
• Provide software coding and customization including:
• Screen tailoring
• Workflow administration
• Report setup
• Data imports
• Integration
• Scripting
• Third-party software integrations
• Custom application development
• Good understanding of platform and core tables
• Efficiency in writing and debugging code
• Create and maintain ATF (Automated Test Framework)
