Urgent requirement - Infection Control Nurse For Gurgaon

Role & responsibilities

• Developing and updating the evidence based policies and protocols to ensure compliance of infection control
• Infection control audits of the centers various departments Ward, OT, CSSD, Laundry, BMW, Lab, Embryology Lab
• Development & implementation of ongoing training plan for infection control based on requirement and audit findings.
• Organizing trainings through LMS and tracking attendance
• Pre & Post training evaluation of the staff
• Oversight on infection control coordinators designated at the centers and reviewing the center level infection control committee meeting minutes and PPT
• Reviewing the infection control audit reports shared by infection control coordinators

1. Participates in quality performance improvement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification Minimum GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Experience 1 – 2 Yrs. Clinical experience + Minimum 1 – 3 years as Infection Control Nurse

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :

• Thorough knowledge and understanding of protocol, procedures, and standards within area of infection control.
• Good communication Skills
• Hand on experience of Microsoft word, excel and PPT.
