• Telecom-Tech Support Specialist (Telecom) POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :Mitel administration, VOIP support, ACD call tracking Mitel phone administrator.
• 2/3 level support for all VOIP issues. Works on all acquisitions to migrate employees onto the new Mitel system.
• Administers the ACD call tracking boards for the IT Help Desk, MaRC, SAC, and W2 Hotline.
