Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Verify documents received from customers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of verified documents and update internal systems accordingly.
  • Identify incomplete or incorrect submissions and follow up promptly for corrections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing of customer applications.
