- Make outbound calls to US customers for collection of overdue payments.
- Handle inbound calls related to payment inquiries and collections.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers professionally and empathetically.
- Update customer accounts accurately and maintain records of all collection activities.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets.
- Follow compliance guidelines and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Escalate complex cases to supervisors as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure timely payment recovery.
