Job Description
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to US-based customers for collections and recovery of overdue payments.
- Communicate professionally and empathetically to negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Verify customer information and update account details accurately in the system.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities and customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Follow up regularly with customers to ensure timely payments and reduce delinquency.
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and regulations related to collections and customer data privacy.
