Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales agents in the US international sales process.
• Monitor and control shrinkage, attrition, SLA, KRAs, and KPIs to optimize team performance.
• Drive hardcore sales efforts, motivating the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to sales agents.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes for smooth operations.
• Manage workforce productivity and maintain high-quality customer interactions.
