Job Description

Voice Support – US Travel Process:

  • Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to assist US-based customers with post-booking queries, itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and general support.

Issue Resolution:

  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer concerns related to flights, hotels, or car rentals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Travel Knowledge:

  • Use GDS or booking platforms to assist with re-issuance, date changes, and fare rules. Guide customers through travel policies and procedures.

Customer Interaction:

  • Maintain professional and empathetic communication at all times, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Shift & Schedule:

  • Work during US business hours (night shift) with a stable 5-day working schedule.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in US travel customer support (voice process)
  • Communication: Excellent English communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities
  • Shift: Night shift (US time zone)
  • Schedule: 5 days working
