Job Opening: Customer Support Executive International Voice Process

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated professionals for the position of Customer Support Executive in an International Voice Process.

Experience: 6 months to 2+ years

Salary:

• 6 months to 1 year: 45,000 CTC (41,000 in-hand)
• 2 years and above: 50,000 CTC (45,000 in-hand)

Work Schedule:

• Night shift, 5 days working
• No cab facility provided

Location: Noida Sector 60

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls
• Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company guidelines and policies
