Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide team development efforts toward successful project delivery
  • Own end-to-end project and technology delivery
  • Take ownership of key performance parameters:
  • Delivery Excellence: Contractual obligations, SLA adherence, continuous improvement, value-add initiatives, internal compliances
  • Operational Excellence: Team building, utilization, attrition, hygiene factors, people management
  • Financial Management: Achieving gross margin targets
  • Manage customer relationships across multiple levels of the organization
  • Collaborate with account management teams to manage governance, identify business expansion opportunities, and support contract negotiations
  • Handle multi-stakeholder environments efficiently
  • Communicate effectively (written and verbal) and create professional business documentation and proposals
  • Understand and implement software development life cycle best practices
  • Manage project processes, reviews, reports, and ensure successful rollouts and QA
  • Monitor and manage versioning and change control
  • Identify automation opportunities to enhance efficiency
  • Lead budgeting, planning, and strategic initiatives
  • Mentor and manage teams
  • Define, track, and report on delivery metrics; ensure transparent communication to leadership through dashboards and governance reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT services delivery, with 1–3 years in leadership roles
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in leading delivery units across IT infrastructure services, cybersecurity, data science, or software engineering
  • Hands-on technical experience in at least one track for 5–7 years
  • Demonstrated ability in team management and project execution
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for global collaboration
  • Experience managing P&L for business portfolios of $10M+
  • Exposure to international clients and cultural environments
  • Proven CxO/VP-level client engagement
  • Strong understanding of contracts – review, documentation, negotiation
  • Broad knowledge of technology landscape and service lines
  • Demonstrated leadership over teams of 50+
  • Expertise in recruiting, mentoring, managing virtual/distributed teams
  • Experience with global delivery models, including managed services
  • Aligned with organizational goals, bottom-line driven, accountable, and assertive in decision-making
