Underwriting Marine Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Insurance Processing: Process insurance proposals accurately and efficiently.
• Client & Site Visits: Conduct meetings with clients, surveyors, and insurers as required.
• Follow-ups & Renewals: Send reminders, follow up for lead closure and renewals, and maintain TATs for timely completion.
• Escalation Management: Resolve escalations from subordinates and support team operations.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordination: Maintain smooth coordination with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Professionalism: Maintain gentle and soft-spoken communication with clients.
