UKG Tester

Must Have Skills:

• UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) experience with Manual and Automation Testing.
• Immediate Joiner required.

Certifications:

• UKG Pro WFM Certification.
• UKG Boomi Certification.

Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years industry experience in Workforce Dimensions.
• Extensive experience in configuring, implementing, and modifying UKG solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of workforce management configurations, including gathering and defining requirements, gap analysis, design, development, and support.
• Interact with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Strong configuration knowledge on various Kronos modules like Workforce Timekeeper, Accruals, Attendance, and Leave.
• In-depth experience in Interface Development for integrating various systems into Workforce Dimensions.
• Develop and test configurations in Pro WFM / Dimensions.
• Experience with creating reports using the BIRT reporting tool.
• Dell Boomi experience with Components, Connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and Transformations.
• Create data views and Cross-reference tables.
• Provide thought leadership in improving processes, methodologies, systems, tools, and services to enhance client operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication styles for different audiences.
