Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs to design, develop, and deliver applications to meet objectives.
• Provide application maintenance and support according to SLA.
• Deliver applications following IT policies and procedures.
• Share technical knowledge with team members.
• Implement RPA solutions using UiPath for Web, thick clients, mainframes, and surface automation.
• Work in an Agile environment and use tools like JIRA and DevOps.
• Understand requirements and implement efficient solutions in short timeframes to maximize ROI.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Develop plug-in APIs using C# or Java to support automation.
• Perform unit testing, SIT support, UAT support, hyper care, and handover to L3.
• Conduct user training and prepare documentation.
