UI UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver intuitive, user-centric interfaces for web and AI-enabled platforms
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and domain experts to align design goals with business needs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve user experience
• Maintain consistency in design language while meeting the unique requirements of life sciences applications

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio of design projects
• Proficiency in wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry or working on AI-enabled platforms is preferred
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user research methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
