Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound contacts in a timely manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in languages in-scope 
  • Well versed with customer handling skills.
  • Follow communication 'scripts' when handling different topics.
  • Basic understanding of tools/platform used for Robotics process automation and workflow automation.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Keep records of all conversations in UiPath owned CRM Database in a comprehensible way.
  • Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Requirements and skills

  • Should have experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Fluent in the respective language
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Minimal bachelor's degree of education with background of engineering, Technology, and computer science
  • Basic programming knowledge of Dot Net / C/C++, Java, OOPS concepts and SQL
