UI Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Delivery

• Provide creative and technical leadership with hands-on coding.
• Audit technical decisions and drive best-in-class engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with product designers and UX teams to translate designs into reusable UI components.
• Contribute to and enhance the UI Design Library.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, non-functional requirements, and best practices.
• Optimize and continuously improve software development processes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with product management, implementation, production support, and operations teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Support a metrics-driven, goal-oriented engineering culture.

People & Performance Management

• Lead and manage teams of 8–10 engineers.
• Set clear goals, conduct regular 1:1s, and provide constructive feedback.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members and future technical leaders.
• Create an inclusive, high-performance environment aligned with company values.

Quality, Risk & Continuous Improvement

• Enforce rigorous quality practices and accessibility standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical and delivery risks.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
