Turbine Operator - Thermal Power Plant

Key Responsibilities

• Operate turbines in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor pressure, temperature, vibration, and speed parameters to ensure stable operations.
• Coordinate with boiler and electrical teams for synchronized plant functioning.
• Conduct routine inspections, record log readings, and report abnormalities to shift in-charge or control room supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and emergency procedures.
• Participate in preventive maintenance, shutdown activities, and safety drills.
• Maintain proper documentation of operations and maintenance activities.
