Collaborate with Treasury, Engineering, Product, and Finance teams to define business requirements, KPIs, and lead systems transformation initiatives
Design and maintain dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting tools to monitor liquidity, payment operations, and treasury risk
Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data from internal systems
Lead automation projects and tooling development to streamline treasury workflows
Drive change management initiatives including stakeholder alignment and rollout planning
Identify and implement opportunities to optimize fund flows, reduce risk, and enhance forecasting and reconciliation accuracy
Work with engineers to develop self-serve analytics tools and build scalable infrastructure
Support audit, internal control, and risk review processes through data and documentation
Who You Are:
You are a systems-savvy, data-driven professional with a strong foundation in Treasury or Financial Operations, passionate about solving complex problems through automation and analytics.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis within Treasury, FinTech, Payments, or Financial Operations
Hands-on expertise in SQL, BI tools like Tableau, and working with large datasets
Strong analytical mindset with a focus on delivering actionable insights
Proven ability to lead systems-based projects and process improvements
Familiarity with cash management, liquidity, and reconciliation concepts
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
Experience balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders
Nice to Have:
Experience in high-growth or tech-enabled financial services companies
Working knowledge of Python or R for deeper data analysis
Understanding of regulatory frameworks for payments/treasury
Past involvement in ERP integrations, system overhauls, or tool development
