Travel Sales Consultant, US PPC

PPC Call Handling:

• Manage inbound calls from high-intent leads generated via PPC campaigns. Assist US-based customers with booking flights and other travel services.

US Travel Sales Expertise:

• Provide accurate flight options, fare quotes, and complete bookings using GDS or other travel platforms.

Lead Conversion:

• Convert incoming leads into confirmed bookings by understanding customer needs and delivering effective sales pitches.

Upselling & Cross-selling:

• Promote add-ons such as seat upgrades, baggage options, insurance, or hotel stays to increase revenue per booking.

Performance Focused:

• Meet and exceed sales targets and quality standards in a fast-paced US travel sales environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in US travel sales (PPC calls)
• Communication: Strong English communication and sales skills
• Shift: Night shift (US hours)
