Travel Sales Consultant

Sales & Target Achievement

• Achieve monthly sales targets for domestic and international holiday packages.
• Focus on selling group departures and FIT packages to destinations such as Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, USA, CIS, and Japan.
• Maintain sales hygiene by following company policies and guidelines.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and sustain relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to maintain a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Ensure superior customer service while balancing cost efficiency.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth follow-ups and timely service delivery.
• Coordinate operational tasks to ensure compliance with training and process guidelines.
• Contribute to process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.
