Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries from US-based customers for flight bookings, car rentals, and cruise reservations.
- Provide accurate information, suggest best travel options, and close sales effectively.
- Work towards achieving monthly sales targets with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer queries with professionalism and clarity across all travel verticals.
- Demonstrate knowledge of global travel processes and handle bookings using GDS or relevant platforms (preferred).
- Ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the booking lifecycle.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
