Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic and international holiday packages, including flights, trains, buses, hotels, and tours
• Respond to inbound calls and convert them into sales opportunities
• Manage reservations, cancellations, rescheduling, and customer queries
• Interact with clients to understand travel needs and suggest suitable travel options
• Coordinate with B2B vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and repeat business
