Job Title: Senior Executive – Ticketing Operations

(Travel Consultant)

Department: Flight Operations

Location: Ahmedabad / Malad (HO – Mumbai)

CTC: ₹3.6 – ₹6 LPA (Based on experience & location)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle domestic & international air ticket bookings using GDS systems (Amadeus

/ Galileo / Sabre).

• Manage ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.

• Provide fare quotations, itinerary planning, and travel advisory support.

• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with airline policies.

• Coordinate with airlines and vendors for schedule changes, rebookings, and special

requests.

• Resolve customer queries and escalations efficiently.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional service.

• Update internal systems with accurate booking and passenger details.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in air ticketing / travel consultancy.

• Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre).

• Experience in corporate & retail travel bookings.

• Good understanding of IATA rules, fare construction, and airline policies.

• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.

• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline (Travel & Tourism preferred).

• IATA / Travel & Tourism certification will be an added advantage.
