Key Responsibilities:
- Destination Research: Explore, research, and study various travel destinations, including travel prices, customs, weather conditions, and client reviews.
- Client Requirement Analysis: Understand clients' specifications, preferences, and wishes to tailor travel plans accordingly.
- Travel Planning & Recommendations: Suggest suitable travel options that best match clients' needs and budget.
- Booking & Coordination: Plan and organize travel itineraries, book tickets, reserve accommodations, and arrange rental transportation.
- Client Communication: Inform clients about travel arrangements, provide travel materials such as guides, maps, and event programs.
- Financial Management: Collect deposits and balance payments from clients, ensuring smooth transaction processes.
