Job Description
- The person will be responsible for day to day booking process of hotels.
- He / She will be talking to clients over phone/mails and clients will be giving their hotel bookings.
- All the hotel booking which comes needs to be processed at hotel, get hotel confirmation and send the same to clients.
- This is a daily ongoing process.
- At the end of the month/fortnight this person needs to generate report of all the booking he has done and share the same with clients in their prescribed format.
- We have ERP in place which manages all records of bookings and can generate reports.
