Transport SME

Key Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Transport Sector Act, Roads Act
• In-depth understanding of Transport & Road Policies, including amendments and related Acts
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in monitoring project compliance against SLA agreements

Scope of Work:

• Assist team members in monitoring the project to ensure that the System Integrator (SI) performs according to the SLA signed with the client
• Prepare and submit SLA verification reports accurately and on time
• Support the Project Manager by responding to queries from various stakeholders effectively
• Coordinate with different stakeholders, follow up on project-related issues, and ensure timely updates from all parties involved
