 • Identify improvement opportunities and develop plan to execute projects in consultation with delivery leads.

• Efficient management of SLA framework and reporting to deliver value to internal & external customers

• Program management of high impact organization wide Transformation program for Client / TCS

• Support new transitions.

• Ensure timely reporting of project progress.

• Liase with technology team for automation projects

• Deploy Knowledge Management practices

• Create a culture of continuous improvement in business units through GB / Lean trainings.

• Ensure compliance to CMMI deliverable
