Transfer Agency Tech Analyst

Job Description (Bulleted):

• Good understanding of fund administration systems and the transfer agency process
• Experience with Transfer Agency software such as Deep Pool Mantra and Purview
• Ability to write and interpret reports in Mantra and Purview
• Experience in processing investor transactions including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers
• Familiarity with orders, pricing, NAV estimation, final NAV, and profit/loss allocation
• Understanding of fund structure and investor screening processes like FATCA
• Familiarity with global anti-money laundering and KYC standards
• Experience in software upgrades and migrations for Transfer Agency systems
• 3–7 years of experience in Investor Services and Fund Administration
• Experience in setup and maintenance of fund and investor data on TA systems
• Strong experience in setting up Class, Legal Entity, Portfolio, and Contact records
• Experience with Mantra Web profiles and report setup
• Proficiency in SSIS job setup and maintenance, import job monitoring and processing
• Ability to communicate and resolve issues with operations teams
• Strong command of SQL, DBA concepts, and advanced Excel
• Experience in handling auditor queries and reporting requirements
• Expertise in Market Value, Performance, and Management Fee calculations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Ability to create and maintain user manuals and technical guides
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in global setups
• Good understanding of financial services, capital markets, and fund administration
