Transaction Advisory Services

Financial Due Diligence (FDD):

• Conduct end-to-end financial due diligence for M&A, PE, and strategic investments
• Analyze historical and projected financials, quality of earnings, working capital, debt & debt-like items
• Identify deal issues and value drivers
• Prepare diligence reports for clients (buy-side/sell-side)

Valuation:

• Perform business and equity valuations using DCF, market comps, and transaction comps
• Support in preparing valuation reports for fundraising, M&A, compliance, and internal purposes
• Coordinate with external valuers and clients where required

Transaction Advisory:

• Support in structuring deals and identifying potential risks
• Work with clients on investment strategy, business plans, and key financial metrics
• Assist in preparing investor pitch decks, info memos, and management presentations
• Collaborate with legal, tax, and regulatory teams to provide holistic advice to clients
