Job Description
- Identify and assess current and future training needs of employees through annual training appraisals and discussions with managers.
- Develop yearly and quarterly training plans based on identified needs.
- Create training content and deliver sessions using relevant training tools and methodologies.
- Conduct effective induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Perform training audits at retail stores to identify gaps and provide on-the-floor training when required.
- Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs implemented.
- Provide continuous development opportunities to enhance overall workforce capability.
