Training Lead

Roles & Responsibilities (Sales Training Lead):

• Collaborate with CXOs and senior leaders to assess training needs and propose learning solutions
• Partner with regional training teams to identify on-the-job sales challenges and skill gaps
• Drive PAN India sales training (online, classroom, on-the-job) covering topics like sales pitch, negotiation, objection handling
• Conduct new hire training and certification for leadership roles
• Lead refresher workshops aligned with branch-level training needs
• Develop monthly assessments and knowledge checks for sales teams
• Coordinate and manage third-party/vendor-led trainings
• Evaluate training effectiveness and improve learning interventions
• Lead and mentor the training team across regions
• Stay updated on industry trends, identify learning gaps, and design relevant training content

Requirements for Success:

• Strong communication and business acumen
• Proven multitasking, time management, and team leadership capabilities
• Proficient in content development using tools like Camtasia and Canva
• Skilled in stakeholder and vendor management
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Must-Have Attitude:

• Self-driven, proactive, emotionally intelligent professional with strong interpersonal skills

Qualification:

• Postgraduate (preferably MBA)

Experience:

• 10–12 years in sales training (preferably with direct sales experience)
• 2–3 years of team management experience
