Role Overview
Administer and Manage L&D in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate & Administer NHT for all Business Verticals in alignment with Business & HR
- Facilitate & Administer refresher training and all planned functional training intrevnetions in the region
- Monitor and track training efficacy metrics.
- Monitor and track the performance of the training team.
- Analysis and reporting of regional training data.
- Instruction Design and Content Update as required.
- Manage Regional Stakeholders
- Drive Central L&D Projects in the region as required

Education and Experience
