Job Description

Role Overview

Administer and Manage L&D in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate & Administer NHT for all Business Verticals in alignment with Business & HR
  • Facilitate & Administer refresher training and all planned functional training intrevnetions in the region
  • Monitor and track training efficacy metrics.
  • Monitor and track the performance of the training team.
  • Analysis and reporting of regional training data.
  • Instruction Design and Content Update as required.
  • Manage Regional Stakeholders
  • Drive Central L&D Projects in the region as required

Education and Experience

Any Graduate or Post graduate with a total experience of 6 to 8 years in product, process and behavioural training out of which minimum 3 years in a team managerial role.
