Training Coordinator II

Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Learning & Development contractor to partner on the end-to-end execution of our onboarding project. This role will work closely with the team to design, coordinate, and deliver a comprehensive onboarding experience for new team members.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project execution for the onboarding program, from planning through delivery and evaluation.
• Facilitate engaging onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the team.
• Manage all training operations including scheduling, logistics, materials preparation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop and refine onboarding content and learning paths.
• Track program metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve the onboarding experience.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of the intervention.

Requirements:

• Proven experience facilitating training programs and onboarding interventions.
• Experience working with technical teams.

Required Skills:

• Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong training operations expertise with demonstrated ability to manage complex learning projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in technology or data engineering onboarding programs.
• Experience with learning management systems and training tools.
