Training Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop training materials, including instructional design, content development, and e-learning modules.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track employee progress and performance.
• Provide ongoing support to employees through coaching sessions and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to training programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in Training & Development or a related field.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and LMS management.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
