- Demonstrate thorough understanding of end-to-end PMS processes and practical applications in corporate settings.
- Provide hands-on guidance and real-world examples based on prior corporate or organizational experience.
- Design and deliver engaging presentations and training materials to maximize participant learning.
- Evaluate participant understanding and provide feedback to improve skill application.
- Maintain training documentation, session plans, and performance reports for all training programs.
